So many happy memories of my dear friend Rob, our friendship began when we were infants in pushchairs, 70 years now past, through our school years we remained good pals, our teenage years were VERY adventurous, then into our working lives where we signed on as trawlermen working for Boston Deep Sea Trawlers out of Lowerstoft, Rob was on the" Boston Wasp" skippered by Mad Morgan! he certainly met his match when Rob signed on. We continued over several years working together on various jobs including the Bacton gas pipeline in Norfolk, driver/mate on coal deliveries, various building sites, night watchmen for Stramit Boards at Stow (where we spent most of our time sitting on top of straw bales in the coronation barn smoking fags! We eventually met our partners, Robs lovely Anth, and my lovely Lin, treasured memories of the dance/ pub venues etc we went to. Once we all settled into our family lives we saw less and less of each other but our friendship remained. Bless you Rob. Nigel.
